Our quality control and manufacturing departments work in tandem in each and every phase and process, including the raw material checking, forming, inspection and packaging process —together they ensure the quality of the final product.
We are working with many famous and advanced stainless steel billets and strips manufacturers worldwide.
Our procurement supply chain management department and systems strictly control the quality of each mill origin product.
The mill origin such as TISCO, JISCO, BAOWU, POSCO, OUTOKUMPU.
Checking the raw material after they reach our factory, it is called incoming quality control.
Checking details include products thickness tolerance, width of coil, outer diameter of bars, outside packaging, label marks, inside surface finish, chemical components, etc.
